How Peace of Mind works
We would never send your student to a location we believe to be unsafe. If plans need to change, we’ll work closely with your traveler's Group Leader and help them determine the best solution for the group.
OPTION 1
Modify the itinerary and dates
We’ll work with your Group Leader to adjust a tour’s specific activities or dates for the entire group, as needed.
OPTION 2
Find a new tour
We’ll work with your Group Leader to select another EF tour. Every traveler’s money that was already paid to the previous tour will apply to the new tour.
OPTION 3
Cancel the trip altogether
In the event your Group Leader cancels your tour, every traveler will receive a transferrable Future Travel Voucher—or families can choose to cancel with applicable fees under our Standard Cancellation Policy.
